Bislett Stadium 100 years anniversary

In 1922 the iconic Stadium in Oslo started its historical journey to become one of the most influential sport Stadiums in the world. 70 World Records in Athletics and 14 World Records in Speed Skating says a lot. Athletics, Speed Skating and Football has been the main sports at Bislett. But the Stadium has been a multisport arena with competitions in many different sports over the years. Bislett Stadium has also been an open stadium for unorganised sport leisure for the residents of Oslo and for the local schools’ sports activities. 

The Bislett Alliance will the coming weeks, leading up to the Oslo Bislett Games 16^th of June, precent some of the highlights from each decade of this 100 years of sports history at Bislett Stadium
