Will we get another 18 meter jump?

Three of the top four in the world rankings, in the form of Zango, Hernandez and Triki, as well as the legend Christian Taylor, with six global outdoor titles, are on the start-list. Taylor is also number two in the world all-time, while Zango is number six of the seven who have ever jumped over 18 meters under legal conditions. Bislett Stadium has once before experienced a jump over 18 meters, when Jonathan Edwards set the track record of 18.01 in 1998. Will we get to experience it again in 2024?
