The first world record in Athletics at Bislett in 1924, Adriaan Paulens NL, 500 m in 1.03,8 minutes. World Championship in Speedskating in 1925, World Champion Clas Thunberg FIN. In 1925 World record by the Norwegian Charles Hoff, 4,23 m in Pole Vault.
